We advise governments, state-owned entities, project sponsors, lenders, developers and investors on major projects, public-private partnerships and special purpose vehicle structures in Zambia. Our practice supports clients across the project lifecycle, from structuring, procurement and financing through implementation, construction, operation and transfer, with particular experience in energy, transport, mining and public infrastructure.
