- Environmental Impact Assessments, compliance with environmental protection laws, representation before the Zambia Environmental Management Agency, pollution and water-use disputes, irrigation permits, borehole approvals, forestry and land-use compliance, and environmental and social due diligence critical to project bankability and investment readiness
- Agribusiness licensing and regulatory approvals, including pesticides, seed certification, livestock movement, and engagement with standards bodies and inspection authorities
- Incorporation and restructuring of farming companies, cooperatives, and family-owned enterprises; agribusiness financing including loan agreements, security over crops, equipment, livestock, and land, warehouse receipt financing, and commodity-backed lending; donor-funded projects, investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and agri-tech matters such as technology licensing, data protection compliance, and trademark protection for agricultural products
