Environmental & Agricultural Law

We advise on climate, environmental, ESG, and agricultural regulatory matters in Zambia, supporting clients across the agricultural value chain, from primary production and agro-processing to agri-tech and cross-border trade. We assist clients in navigating Zambia's fragmented regulatory framework governing land use, environmental protection, food safety, natural resources, and agricultural regulation, while aligning operations with climate-smart agriculture and sustainability objectives.
